Dahi Vada Recipe
You need:-
2 cup of black gram lentil, soaked for about 3 hours
A small piece of ginger thinly grated
5 to 6 green chillis cut them in small pieces
Salt as per your taste
Oil for deep frying
4 cups thick fresh curd
8 cups water
Red chilli powder to taste
4 table spoons cumin seeds roasted powder
2 to 4 table spoons of chaat masala (optional)
Green coriander leaves for garnishing
How to make this recipe:-
Make a fine paste from soaked urad dal, now addginger, chilli, and salt. Heat oil in a kadai and make vada by spreading the paste on your palm or you can drop some paste directly as we make bhajia into the oil and deep fry them. Cook in normal heat until become golden brown. Take it out and dip in luke warm water for 30 seconds. Press them with your palm and put aside.
Now prepare curd by blend them then add water, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt in it. Now put the vadas in a serving bowl then pour the blended curd mixture on them. Cool it, and then garnish with red shilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and with coriander leaves. Serve with tamarind chutney.

Fruit Paratha
You need:-
2 apples
2 bananas
2 sapotas (chiku)
200 grams of wheat flour
2 table spoon of rice flour
2 table spoon of besan or gram flour
4 tea spoon of sugar powder
Pure ghee as required
A pinch of salt
How to make this recipe:-
Peel all the fruits and blend them in a blender. Now take wheat flour in a bid plat and add sugar powder and salt in it. Mix properly; now add blended fruit paste in it. Make dough from it if it is too hard you can add little water in it. Make small rolls from the dough and roll with rolling pin and make Paratha from it. Now heat tava and roast them on both the side with pure ghee. Cook them up to crispy and they will become golden. Serve hot with any type of chutney which you like, but they are very delicious with raisins chutney.

Peda makkhan
You need:-
1 cup of white butter
2 table spoon of paneer
2 to 3 table spoon sugar bura(prepared sugar powder available in market)
2 to 3 rable spoon of kevada or rose liquor
Pista and saffron for garnishing
How to make this recipe:-
Mash the paneer with your palm properly. Now add sugar bura and cardamom powder in it and again mash it till it turns into soft dough. Now add butter in it and blend it until it becomes as a smooth paste. Now fill this mixture in to icing bags and make the shape which you like and put them in to the fridge for some time. Now peda makkhan are ready. Garnish them with saffron and pista and serve them. You can decorate them with some silver balls and with slices of pista also. These are very soft and delicious in taste. Make it and enjoy it.

Crisp Fried Pork with Sweet Sour Sauce (Gwoo Lo Yook)
you need:-
2 pound pork tenderloin
2 table spoon of soya sauce
2 table spoon of Chinese wine or dry sherry
1 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon of fresh ground pepper
1/2 tea spoon of five spice powder
2 cup of all-purpose flour
1 and 1/2 cup of warm water
2 table spoon peanut or vegetable oil
2 egg’s white
Peanut or vegetable oil for deep frying
Sweet Sour Sauce (recipe follows)
How to make this recipe:-
Make 1/2-inch slices of the pork. Now put pork pieces in bowl and add soya sauce, salt, wine, pepper and five spice powder. Place it to the fridge. Make a smooth batter from the all purpose flour and warm water, mix into the oil and put aside for 30 minutes.
Then hit egg white till firm and fold up into batter. Take a deep-fat fryer and heat oil in it at 350*F (175*C). Now deep fry the pork pieces by dipping them into the batter. Take out on paper towels. Do same till all pork pieces cooked. Put all the crispy fried pork aside and cook the sauce. When you serve it refry this crispy fried pork for only a few seconds. By this refrying they become crispier. Drain again on paper towels. Organize fried pork on a serving platter, and pour hot Sweet Sour Sauce over and serve immediately.

Sweet Sour Sauce
You need:;-
2 table spoon of soya sauce
2 table spoon Chinese wine or sherry
6 table spoons of tomato sauce
4 table spoons of white vinegar
4 table spoons of sugar
1 and 1/2 cup of water
2 table spoon of cornstarch
2 table spoon of cold water
2 small onion, make thin slices of it after peeling
4 table spoons peanut oil
2 garlic clove, finely crushed
1/2 tea spoon of finely grated fresh ginger
1 cup of sliced water chestnuts
1/2 tea spoon of dried and crushed red chilies
2 small green bell pepper, chopped
2 (16-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
How to make this recipe:-
Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, wine, sugar, vinegar, and water in a bowl and stir it till sugar dissolves. Now take a small cup and mix cornstarch onto 1 table spoon cold water. Now heat peanut oil in big pan, then add garlic, ginger, onions, and all other given vegetables, apart from pineapple, and then stir-fry it for 2 minutes. Pour sauce mixture into it, now allow it for a boil, and then stir it in cornstarch mixture and cook, stirring constantly is must, cook till it thickened. Take out from the heat and mix in the pineapple. Now your delicious sauce is ready.

Malai pua
Falahari Recipe
Tomorrow in India we celebrate the birthday of lord Krishna. We enjoy this festival with puja and we have a fast for full day, when we worship our lord then we eat Prasad, the thing which lord Krishna loves as milk recipes, curd in different dishes, , Makhan, mishri and all.
You need:-
1 liter milk
1 cup of malai
1 cup of sighade ka flour
1 cup of sugar
½ tea spoon of saffron
½ tea spoon of cardamom powder
Ghee for frying
ALMONDS AND PISTA FOR GARNISHING
How to make this recipe:-
Take a pan and put sugar with 1 cup of water and saffron and heat it. Make chashni of about one tar. Now add singhada flour, cardamom powder, and ½ cup of malai in it. Make a thick paste of it.
Now heat ghee in a non stick pan and pour this mixture in the shape of pua and deep fry it up to golden brown or crispy. Now dip this pua into the malai and serve it with Garnishing saffron and pista. It is a very delicious recipe.

Falahari Recipe For Janmashtmi
Kesser Malai Kand (Saffron Milk)
In India we celebrate the birthday of lord Krishna with fasting and worshiping them. We know Lord Krishna means milk-curd, Makhan, mishri,they love to eat these all things so enjoy with some recipe with these all.
You need:-
1 cup yogurt or curd
2 table spoon of condensed milk
2 table spoon of ripe mango puree
SAFFRON AND PISTA FOR GARNISHING
How to make this recipe:-
Hang curd or yogurt in a thin muslin cloth for about one hour. Due to hanging extra water will come out. Now add condensed milk, ripe mango puree in it, now put these in to a blender and blend it until it turns in to a smooth paste. Now put this mixture into the fridge for 2 to 3 hours. Serve it cool. Garnish it with saffron and pista. You can eat it due to falahar. It is a delicious and healthy recipe.

Chocolate Praline Recipe
You need:-
500 gram chocolate dark
50 gram coco butter
25 gram almonds
How to make this recipe:-
Chocolate is lovely eating flavor which loved by all as kids and young and also liked by adults. I suggest you a new recipe with chocolate try it and enjoy it that is chocolate praline.
Take a pan and melt chocolate in it. Now put coco butter in microwave and melt it. If microwave is not available you can put the bowl near gas stove and it will melt. Now mix both the melted mixture properly and place this mix in to the chocolate mold. Fill it up to the half and put on salmon in it. Now again fill the mold with chocolate and coco butter. Now put these molds in to the fridge for cooling. It will take about 15 to 20 minutes for cooling, and then serve it cool. Chocolate praline is a delicious recipe and loved by all kids and adults.

Potato Kheer Recipe
You need:-
200 grams potatoes
2 tea spoon of sugar
½ tea spoon of pure ghee
For the stuffing:-
50 grams of paneer
2 green cardamoms powder
1 tea spoon of finely chopped almonds
1 tea spoon of chirongi
2 table spoon of sugar powder
500 ml of milk
Sugar as per your taste
How to make this recipe:-
Boil the potatoes and grate them. Now heat pure ghee in a thick kadai and put the grated potatoes in it and stir fry them for roasting. Stir must be continuously to avoid the sticking of potatoes on the base. When it turns light brown you would know it is ready, now add the sugar and take out from the heat.
Now mash the mava for stuffing and add all the ingredients in it and mix properly. Now boil the milk and cook until it becomes half. Add sugar in it according to your taste. Now put potato mix on the palm and spread it and fill it with stuffing and make chops of it. When you serve the kheer heat it and put the chops in it. Boil it and then serve it. It is very delicious kheer.
